Turning Tide Philosophy
The ocean is our most constant companion. It moderates the heat, rolls in the fog, and gives our grapes the slow, unhurried ripening where complexity begins. Harvesting at naturally lower sugar levels means lower alcohol wines — leaving room for the more delicate aromas and nuanced flavors to come forward, creating wines that truly come alive with every sip.
